From Ferals Front Porch

A fresh covering of snow and a new sunrise....

The rich smell of white birch and oak wafting through the still cold air.....

Winter has settled in on our hillside farm.

Winter settled in here this week too. Frozen water tubs for the goats, chickens, and horses came along with the pretty covering of snow. At least this time I didn't get caught with a frozen water hose! I had remembered to drain it completely before the cold weather hit. Enjoy winter! :D

I love it, so beautiful. It’s settled in here too-we’ve had 6 inches since I went to bed last night nad it is gorgeous. Can’t complain about it this time of year but wait till January and I will probably start complaining :)

Our snow is washed away, to come back again another day, I just hope it's not tomorrow!

Jimminies, it is cold out there! I can't wait until it is officially Winter, so I can start looking for Spring!
